JAMES GOMEZ JOVIAN MESSIAH

James Gomez graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Tasmania in 2020. Gomez joined the firm in 2020 and became an Advocate and Solicitor in 2022. Gomez is an Associate with our firm and focuses on Criminal Defence, Regulatory Matters, Cross-Border Advisory and Corporate Matters.

Gomez has represented our Clients before the State Courts, High Court and the Court of Appeal in a range of matters including murder, drug offences, sexual offences, corruption, cheating, money laundering, violent offences and road traffic offences. Gomez also has experience in regulatory matters as he undertakes disciplinary matters involving the Singapore Medical Council and the Law Society of Singapore. He also provides Cross-Border advise on foreign offences involving the InterPol to advice foreign Clients on matters of International Law.

Gomez is a seasoned advocate who represents his Clients valiantly and strategically. With a background in engineering and public policy, Gomez is a highly analytical lawyer who leaves no stones unturned in the pursuit of justice. He is dedicated to his craft and uncompromising in achieving results for his Clients. Gomez is fearless in his advocacy and responsible and measured in his conduct to ensure that our Clients are well represented.

Gomez is very passionate about social justice and access to justice and volunteers for the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme to help the less fortunate where time permits. Gomez also champions various other social justice initiatives for the firm to ensure that justice is accessible to all.
